Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Giganext Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers prepaid services, and as such, we do not allow any refunds or cancellations for amounts paid under Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly packages.
- Refunds are not permitted for any cancellations.
Disputes and Arbitration:
- Any payment-related disputes or cancellation requests due to technical issues will be handled through arbitration or case-by-case resolution.
- Refunds may be processed if a New Connection is deemed non-feasible. The estimated time for processing such refunds is 5 to 7 weeks after confirmation by the Giganext Solutions Pvt. Ltd. payment team.
Security Deposits:
Refundable security deposits for any physical assets are only applicable once the asset is returned in working condition.
Billing Disputes:
- Subscribers experiencing billing issues must contact us via email at [email protected], detailing their concerns.
- We will address the dispute within 5 to 7 weeks. If a dispute is confirmed, compensation will be provided in the form of a discount or credit note.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the identity of any salesman or agent before making any payment, especially for cash transactions.
- If there is any doubt about the salesman or pricing, customers should confirm details with our Customer Care team, whose contact numbers are available on our website.
- Giganext Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for service provision if payment is not received at our office.
